With the Easify customer portal you ensure that everyone involved in a real-estate development project - from supplier to end customer - always has the most recent information at hand, can communicate in a clear way and save time doing it. It's a win-win-win.
Our job was to design a user-friendly online platform which a broad audience can use without problems.
Whether it's a technical sales person, building contractor or one-time retail investor who uses this product, it needs to be usable for everyone.
Part of the challenge was to combine all of the unique features with the levels of information within a project. The nature of a real estate project requires a structured approach to divide tasks. Some of these features include:
- Document handling module for plans, manuals, invoices, ...
- Task manager module to manage planning and timing
- Chat module for communication between stakeholders
- Financial module for tracking budgets

The visual trajectory of this project was entirely done by us from scratch. Creating a unique identity for this start-up, from logo design to the online portal. Connecting suppliers to end customers directly. Web development was done by an external partner.
